"Chogada Tara, Rangila Sara" - Garba & Diwali celebration 2024
At Aravali PG Mahavidhyalay, we have celebrated the vibrant festivals of Garba and Diwali with immense joy, enthusiasm, and cultural fervor. These events bring our campus together, uniting students, faculty, and staff in a celebration of tradition, creativity, and community spirit.
Garba Celebration: A Dance of Joy and Unity
Garba, a traditional dance form from Gujarat, is one of the most anticipated events in our college calendar. With its energetic beats, colorful attire, and synchronized movements, the Garba night becomes a lively expression of joy and togetherness. Students from all backgrounds come together to participate, showcasing their skills, enjoying the rhythm, and creating unforgettable memories.
This year, the Garba celebration promises to be even more exciting with live music, themed decorations, and vibrant performances. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a first-timer, Garba is a perfect way to engage with campus life and immerse yourself in the festive spirit.
Diwali Celebration: Light, Prosperity, and Togetherness
Diwali, the Festival of Lights, is celebrated with great enthusiasm at Aravali PG Mahavidhyalay. It marks the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil. Our Diwali celebration brings the campus alive with the warmth of tradition and the sparkle of festivities. From lighting diyas (oil lamps) to bursting crackers (safely) and sharing sweets, Diwali represents hope, happiness, and new beginnings.
The celebration features a series of events, including a Diwali puja (prayer ceremony), cultural performances, and a Diwali fair where students can indulge in delicious food, shop for traditional handicrafts, and take part in fun games. The highlight of the event is often the grand Diwali lighting ceremony, where the campus is beautifully illuminated, creating a magical atmosphere.
